LPVO Scope Switch

Description

The ScopeSwitch, designed by Antimatter Industries, is a mechanical LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic) mount that allows you to change your magnification by moving a slider on your rifle’s handguard. This system removes the need to break your support-hand grip (C-clamp) or take your eye off the target to manually turn the magnification ring.

How It Works
– Mechanical Connection: The system uses high-tensile 4140 stainless steel cables and a series of internal pulleys to connect a handguard-mounted slider to a clamp on the optic’s magnification ring.
– Sliding Mechanism: When you move the slider forward or backward along the Picatinny rail, the tension on the cables rotates the scope’s zoom ring.
– Reversible Direction: The slider’s travel can be reversed during installation. You can choose whether pulling the slider back toward you zooms in or out, depending on your shooting preference.

– Height: Built at a 1.93-inch optical centerline, which is optimized for an upright shooting posture, clearance for plate carriers, and passive aiming with night vision devices.
– Weight: The mount itself weighs approximately 6.3 oz, and the full assembly (including slider and cables) totals about 10.5 oz.
